Your security is our top priority. We have just been notified that there has been suspicious emails containing potentially harmful computer viruses. These email are not from Tovana Crafts and responding to them could put your computer in danger.

File Attachments- Emails from Tovana Crafts will always address you by your full name. Our emails with favor preview photos can be viewed on the bottom of the email . This eliminates the need to open files for your protection. If you receive an email that asks you to "view attachment" and photos are not visible on actual email, disregard email, this is not from us. The attachment contains a virus. Do not open the email.

Personal Information- Tovana Crafts will never ask you for your personal information via email. For your protection, we will call you directly if there is a need to clarify your order.

If you think that you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email , please forward the email (or URL address) to info@tovanacrafts.com and then delete the email from your mailbox. Never click any links or attachments in a suspicious email.
